Description:

Copying files and storage images like hard disks or SD cards can be managed with vbincopy.

It offers a user interface to

• select a data source
• enter a byte offset where copying starts
• select a target store
• enter the amount of bytes to be transferred.

In short: vbincopy is graphical replacement for the dd command on linux that also works on Microsoft Windows.

Status: Under development

• Windows:
  Basic features are all implemented and ready to use. Some usability optimizations are still open.
• Linux: Storage device access is implemented, volume and partition access is currently disabled until further tests are completed.
