OpenGATE | News: The GATE is opening

The new GATE project, a C library framework for system programming, has been started and some initial coding guidelines have already been declared. But further interface studies and tests are needed to complete the library interface concept.

An important question in the whole design is:
How deep will MCU platforms be integrated into the library framework?

Windows and POSIX are of course the main target platforms, but if it is possible to integrate a MCU platform too, further design decisions and changes must be made.

Source code is currently hosted on bitbucket.org in a private repository. When the framework has completed the study and testing phase and when app development starts, the codebase is going to be published.
